We also over-mold (insert injection mold) filters with metal wire cloth or synthetic mesh screen inserts. Frame materials include the most common injection moldable grades of thermoplastics, such as nylon, glass-filled nylon, acetal, ABS, polypropylene, and PBT. Additional processes include stamping, fuse slitting, heat sealing, and ultrasonic welding.
